With an immense background in dance, she not only still takes classes, but is also a dance teacher. Abby has a strong passion for sports, especially her Buffalo Bills! Abby joined FreeUpMD to help streamline processes and contribute to a positive work environment where everyone can thrive. Abby loves working at FreeUpMD because of the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Everyone supports one another, making it a truly inspiring and productive environment. A fun fact about Abby: Abby is a certified 911 operator. Ashley Neumann
Ashley’s background in both the medical field and office settings naturally led her to a career where she could merge the two. Working with FreeUpMD allows her to seamlessly blend that expertise and experience from both worlds. Ashley gets a real sense of accomplishment when she is able to deliver exactly what both our physicians and clients need. She also loves our company teamwork and the pride they all take to do their best. A fun fact about Ashley: Ashley has a house full of rescue animals, including a 3-legged dog. PS Go Bills! Ashley’s favorite part of helping physicians and clients is the satisfaction of making their lives easier and filling important needs of hospitals and clinics nationwide.

With a background in commercial banking, she brings a passion for building strong, lasting relationships and helping clients reach their fullest potential. Basha’s experience has always centered around identifying needs, bridging gaps, and delivering strategic solutions—so this role felt like a natural fit. Basha finds it incredibly rewarding to apply her background in a way that continues to drive meaningful results. What makes this company truly special is the people. The team comes from such diverse professional backgrounds—some with deep industry experience and others with fresh perspectives—but they bring their strengths together with a shared goal in mind. There’s a genuine sense of care, collaboration, and support here. It’s not just a team—it’s a family. A fun fact about Basha: Originally from New Jersey but now rooted in the Midwest. Caren began her professional journey at just 13 years old, working in a small bookstore where her love for connecting with people took root. She launched her career in broadcasting as a traffic manager at age 19. Over the next decade, she managed six radio stations, gaining invaluable experience in operations, communication, and leadership. What she loves most about working at FreeUpMD is the chance to make a meaningful difference—not just for patients, but for the physicians who serve them. A fun fact about Caren: In the early 2000s, Caren had the unique opportunity to meet nearly every major country music star—a fun chapter in a dynamic career. Physicians are the backbone of healthcare, yet they’re often overextended. We advocate for their well-being while ensuring patients never go without care. Our clients trust us to connect them with top-tier doctors and seamlessly bridge coverage gaps.

CJ Burns
With roots in Florida, CJ is always eager to explore new horizons and experiences. CJ is married with two teenage boys who keep her on her toes. With a diverse background that includes healthcare, hospitality, and management – CJ has developed a unique perspective and skillset. After taking time to focus on her family as a stay-at-home mom and caregiver, she was ready for a new challenge that would allow her to grow and learn in a field she is passionate about. FreeUpMD is a company that not only aligns with her values but also offers opportunities for professional development in physician recruiting. CJ is thrilled to be part of a team that supports her growth and helps her become the best version of myself. What CJ loves about working at FreeUpMD is the family-like culture the team has built. Cherie Johnson
Cherie has spent most of her adult life serving and caring for others. Her professional journey began in the childcare industry, where she worked as a teacher and caregiver before moving into management. She later devoted many meaningful years as a stay-at-home mom and had the profound privilege of caring for her father during his end-of-life stage. Cherie has embraced the opportunity to shift gears and begin a new chapter—connecting physicians with rewarding opportunities they can feel proud of. She brings compassion, dedication, and a strong work ethic to her role, drawing on a lifetime of experience in caregiving and service. Outside of work, Cherie enjoys reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband and kids. At FreeUpMD, Cherie gets to pursue her passion for serving others in a warm, encouraging and supportive environment. She loves how our team celebrates all victories, big and small. A fun fact about Cherie: Cherie’s singing may surprise you (in a good way). It's rare to see her without coffee and/or a book. Deep down, she’s still secretly waiting for her Hogwarts Letter to arrive. Cherie’s favorite part of helping physicians is connecting them with opportunities where they can feel proud, make a real impact, and focus on what they love most-caring for patients.

Christopher Bowman
Christopher comes from a very diverse work history and background. Jobs that span from welding and powder coating to working in the engineering department on an offshore Tug and Barge Saling the ocean blue. He also have a diverse background in marketing, doing club promotions in and out of the country as well as working as the director of marketing for a successful law firm. Christopher also has a long history in sales. What drew him to FreeUpMD was the exciting challenge of building something exceptional—a driving force that continues to fuel his passion and commitment to achieving greatness every day. Besides the FreeUpMD Team, Christopher loves the Work/Life flexibility. Every day he has the opportunity to build something that will allow him to provide for himself, his family, and his future aspirations. A fun fact about Christopher: When it matters most, Christopher shows up—ready, reliable, and all in. What Christoper loves most about helping physicians and clients is knowing that he is not just helping someone else reach their goals but that he is helping people that are in need of physician care. Being able to bring people together for a common goal!

Daniel Rivera
Daniel has extensive experience in healthcare staffing. He was most recently a market manager and worked with hundreds of clinicians and many clients throughout the state of Florida. He came to FreeUpMD searching for a team with a passion for patient care to find the right physician to help those in need. Daniel wanted to join and use his background and experiences to achieve that vision. Daniel has always had a passion for helping others, and he finds deep fulfillment in connecting physicians with opportunities to make a meaningful impact. He joined FreeUpMD in search of that same rewarding experience—and found it, along with a supportive team and a company culture that makes every day both purposeful and inspiring. A fun fact about Daniel: Daniel loves animals and owns multiple fish tanks, both fresh water and saltwater, but the last few years saltwater has become his passion. He has "MTS" which in the aquarium community means "Multi Tank Syndrome". Daniel’s favorite part of helping physicians and clients is getting to know a physician and what type of assignment will fit them and their lifestyle. He has spent time making friends with a lot of physicians who are genuinely nice people to talk to. For Daniel, discovering a shared connection or common ground with a physician makes the process of finding the right assignment especially meaningful and rewarding.

Kita has over 10 years of experience as a Physician Recruiter. What brought her to FreeUpMD was the people that she would be working alongside. Dr. Justin R. Moore is a Board Certified Critical Care and Internal Medicine Physician and the CEO/Founder of FreeUpMD. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he brings a strong foundation of discipline, precision, and a commitment to excellence to every aspect of his work. After years of traveling the country as a Locums physician, Dr. Moore gained firsthand insight into the needs of physicians, medical facilities, and—most importantly—patients. This experience inspired him to launch FreeUpMD, a physician-led Locums company built on a “physician-first” philosophy, designed to elevate the standards of care and support within the medical staffing industry. A fun fact about Dr. Moore: When Dr. Moore isn’t traveling around the country on locums assignments, he enjoys exploring the world and the seven seas—just like the song Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). Whether it’s a remote island or a bustling city, Dr. Moore is always excited for his next great adventure! Leslyn brings close to 15 years of experience in physician enrollment and hospital credentialing. A fun fact about Leslyn: Leslyn is a very fun person! She has a vibrant personality and her joy is contagious! Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. What Meghan enjoys most about her work is building meaningful relationships with physicians and clients—really understanding their needs and helping them find the right solutions to grow their teams and impact patient care. Mindy Brigante
Mindy was born and raised in Florida, and is proudly obsessed with all things Disney! She graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) with a background in Education. She and her husband are parents to three amazing boys, and our lives are full of adventures. She has a passion for design, and she loves bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful, impactful visuals. Mindy joined FreeUpMD, to grow and strengthen the brand through compelling design and targeted social media strategies. Mindy loves working at FreeUpMD because the team truly feels like family. They are united by a shared mission to connect exceptional physicians with the perfect assignments, making a meaningful impact in healthcare every day. A fun fact about Mindy: Mindy met and sang with Tim McGraw, her all-time favorite musician! Mindy’s favorite part of supporting physicians is making their assignments extra special— she loves going the extra mile to make them feel appreciated. Olivia Dicandio
Motivated and driven Credentialing Manager with over 7 years of experience in Healthcare Staffing. During Olivia’s entire career in staffing, credentialing has always been a shining spot for her. Perfect timing in Olivia’s career brought her to FreeUpMD and she couldn't be happier! Olivia enjoys working at FreeUpMD because she loves everyone's willingness to see the end goal. What Olivia loves the most about FreeUpMD is the culture and having a genuine work family. Fun fact about Olivia: Olivia is getting married in October of 2025! What Olivia loves most about helping physicians and clients is closing the gap between the patients that desperately need care and would otherwise go without. Stephanie Schumann
Stephanie’s background is clinical, as an Oncology Clinical Research Nurse. She worked with physicians and patients in the clinic, hospital and infusion settings, coordinating clinical trial protocols. For several years after that Stephanie worked for a company on deep dive data projects that provided solutions across the oncology industry. After a few life changes, she was in the right place at the right time and asked to join FreeUpMD! Locums' placement has been a new and exciting opportunity for her. What Stephanie loves most about working at FreeUpMD is the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team while forming meaningful new connections. A fun fact about Stephanie: Stephanie has taken an interest in nutrition and now makes her own kefir and whole grain sourdough goods! What Stephanie loves most about helping physicians and clients is being the connector—the glue that brings both sides together for a successful match.

Zac Brigante
Zac has spent his entire career in healthcare working directly with Locum Tenen physicians. He graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) with a degree in Healthcare Administration. Zac and his wife have three boys, and they bond over sports, all Orlando theme parks and pretending they are not outnumbered. FreeUpMD is not your typical locum's agency—working alongside Dr. Justin Moore gives our team confidence and expertise you won't find anywhere else. Our team is made up of forward-thinking professionals who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. Together, we’re on a mission to make a real impact on patient care and community health—one placement at a time. A fun fact about Zac: Zac is an avid collector of all things.
